On March 2, 2006, The CRB approved royalty rates that will bury any small webcaster, and create a heavy burden even for big broadcasters like Yahoo, AOL Music and Pandora. How high will these rates be? Around 100% of a small webcasters revenue, give or take a few points, in most cases. What?! That's impossible to pay! Yep, it sure is..

How did this happen? The RIAA told the CRB thats what they wanted, and the CRB just gave it to them.

ANDERSON, Calif. — Shasta Raceway Park, located at the Fairgrounds in Anderson, California is excited to announce a marketing partership with NARI RECORDS’ Recording artist BECCA as the tiltle sponsor for the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Southwest Series event at SRP on May 13th, as well as being a part of the NASCAR Dodge Weekly Series at Shasta Raceway Park. The May 13th event will be called the NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division, Southwest Series NARI RECORDS 125 presented by BECCA. The May 13th race will be one of the biggest events of the year for SRP, as the top drivers in both the Northwest and Southwest NASCAR AutoZone Elite Divisions will be on hand including; 2004-2005 Southwest Champion Jim Pettit II from Prundale, Ca ; 2003 Champion Aggie Vidovich from Lakeside, Ca; 2002 Champion Eddie McKean from Jerome, Idaho; and 2001 Champion and local driver Craig Raudman from Anderson, Ca.

BECCA will make five appearances at Shasta Raceway Park beginning with the NASCAR Autozone Elite Division, Southwest Series race set for May 13th . BECCA will be introduced Friday May 12th at the Pre-race Barbeque put on by Shasta Raceway Park. BECCA will also sing the National Anthem before the race on Saturday. Other dates for BECCA appearances at SRP, include June 3rd, June 17th, July 3rd and the Win River 100 on September 29th and 30th.

BECCA’s first CD release titled “BECCA” is filled with Solid Country as BECCA blends in everything that is crazy good about blues, Soul, Folk, gospel and rock. It’s a unique sound BECCA calls LA COUNTRY.

This partnership comes with the success of BECCA’s newly released CD simply called BECCA and her single “Second Chance".
